I purchased the 1000HE and a 2gb memory upgrade. The memory SIMM was very easy to install and really helps with the performance of the machine. I am very pleased with the portability and function of the netbook. I had read that it was the best available in the 10" class and I have not been disappointed. I can do anything on this netbook that I can on my HP Vista notebook, so I set it up for the day-to-day activities that I have to do.
