This Netbook so far is one of the best equipped in the market with N280 Atom
When I first got it in June 2009, I relies that it required quite abit of firmware update from Asus support web side.
In order to ran at it peak, you properly want to update the least Bios and wireless firmware update.
Asus do not provide you how to check you old driver's release date, so you just have to go by when you buy your computer.
Also, Asus support web site do not automatic scan your system to let you know which update you need. Which is kinda painful.
I wish it will have an auto update feature.
Oh, Hard drives is divided in to half, 7.5 GB each C and D drive. Which I dont really care for.
Otherwise, it not bad for a $383 Netbook. Get more detail about ASUS Eee PC 1000HE 10.1-Inch Black Netbook - 9.5 Hour Battery Life.
