CON
Only con I have found so far is that I was unable to boot the system using an USB external CD unit to remove some viruses. Anyway, I used F11 function to restore the equipment to factory settings and user data partition was not wiped out. So, store all your information on D:\ drive to avoid data loss in case of operating system failure or virus infection.
The IOmega Predator CD-RW external USB unit worked fine on a MSI Wind U100-420US netbook. Maybe ASUS unit did not boot because it's a very old model and may have compatibility issues.
