I have now been using Eee PC 1000HE for 3 months now and it is a great computer! I already have a powerful gaming machine for my desktop, I was looking for a replacement for my aging laptop(It also does not help that my cat like to spill water on my work table that I use my laptop on!) I was looking for a computer that I could take to work so I could have all my personal information on, and also use as a remote E-mail client for my office e-mail. The small size is great for that.
I work in downtown Cleveland and I have a free parking slot that is a mile away from my office. I also take the bus to work from time to time.
I use it to watch Hulu and Netflix. Surf the web and send E-mail. It is also a nice size to take with you on vacation so that you can offload your camera memory. I have also am able to use alot of my older computer games on it!
